Brasserie-Hotel Antje van de Statie is open!
With the renovation of the old Hotel Mertens, the later Hotel De Staasie, Antje has been given a home again. A home with style and grandeur. A home worthy of Antje: Brasserie-Hotel Antje van de Statie. Until the seventies, it was the most prominent point of entrance to the city. The building has been restored to its original state and fully modernized. By combining authentic features with a modern interior, it has again become the cozy place where one can eat, drink, sleep, hold meetings and enjoy.
A brasserie where guests are served in a most welcoming way, according to the ideas of Maria Hubertina Hendrix. Where everyone can enjoy classic, affordable, top quality cuisine. A cuisine with French accents, and a modern twist. A hotel with 10 comfortable rooms. Meeting rooms equipped with every conceivable state of the art facility. Spacious, stylish function rooms. A cozy bar. A large terrace at the front. And all this in a unique, stylish and modern ambiance with a witty reference to the past and a wink to the charismatic station across the square. The station where Antje became famous.
With the Brasserie-Hotel Antje van de Statie, opposite the station, Weert again has an entrance with style. Feel free to explore the site and we look forward to welcoming you warmly soon … Welcome to Antje van de Statie.
